I ordered the bridal charm with photo and angel for the brides bouquet and unfortunately the angel was broken when it was delivered. I contacted Photome and explained and how I would need a new one as soon as possible as I was going away for the wedding. I got an email back within an hour and I received a new charm within the next 2 days. It’s a beautiful charm and I really appreciated the prompt customer service.
