They’re fast to fill, keep photos completely flat, and are the safest option for long-term storage. Self-adhesive albums have sticky pages where you place photos in any position and size you choose, then cover them with a protective film. They offer more creative freedom and are ideal for mixed formats, mementoes, and layouts where you want to arrange things your own way. If you have a large collection of standard 6x4" prints to organise quickly, slip-in is the better choice. If you want to create something more personal and scrapbook-like, self-adhesive is worth the extra time.

How do I know how many photos my album needs to hold?

A good rule of thumb: a typical two-week holiday generates around 100–200 prints worth keeping. A wedding, christening, or milestone birthday might run to 200–400.
