When planning out your big day, the little details matter. Whether you're looking for a bouquet charm, a memorial locket, or a personalised keepsake for your bridal party, timing your order correctly means you can enjoy the process rather than stress about it. And preferably avoid pulling your hair out over such matters. ^_^

⏰ 6–8 Weeks Before: Browse & Choose Your Style
Two months beforehand is the perfect time to explore your options. Much like buying Christmas presents, it gives you plenty of time to plan out what you want, order them and relax knowing that you'll have it in plenty of time. You can browse our full collection of personalised charms and keepsakes, save/bookmark your favourites, and think about what photos or details you'd like to include. There's no rush, meaning you can take your time and decide exactly what you want. If you're a magpie like me and you love shiny things, you're going to have a field day with this part.

📦 4–6 Weeks Before: Place Your Order (Normal Service)
This is the ideal window to place your order on our Normal Service (5–7 business days ready to post). This means you'll have plenty of time for delivery, and if any tweaks are needed, there's breathing room to sort them out.

📸 Photo Preparation Tips
Making sure you get your photo right makes all the difference to the finished charm. Here are a few tips to help you when preparing:
- Use a high-resolution image: The clearer the photo, the better the result as the quality will be higher.
- Choose a well-lit photo: Natural light works best; avoid heavy shadows or flash glare. After all, you want to be able to see the photograph clearly once the charm is complete.
- Portrait orientation: This works better for most charm shapes
- Avoid heavily filtered images: Natural tones work better for our custom-made charms.
- Send the original file: Where possible, rather than a screenshot or compressed version, as the quality will be better in the long run.
