BOUQUET PHOTO ALBUM FOR A WEDDING
Earlier this year, one of our best selling albums at Photome.ie called Bouquet ran out of stock. While waiting for them to come back into stock, a customer rang us asking if she could buy one for her daughter’s wedding.
Last week I received a phone call from this lady, saying she was looking for a wedding album for her daughter who was getting married in less than two weeks. She wanted an album book for photos to place all the ones that would be taken on the day of the wedding into. Browsing through Google led her to our website, Photome.ie. The lady said she was happy to see we were an Irish company selling Irish photo albums and personalised photo necklaces.

After scrolling down through the website, one particular product caught her eye. A big photo album called Bouquet, which was one of their photo albums 6x4 inch size. She said she liked the bouquet of flowers on each of the covers, that it seemed very relevant and the perfect type of gift for a wedding. I explained that it was one of our best sellers. The only downside was that it was out of stock. I informed this lady that we were waiting on more albums to come into stock. Then I asked her for her contact number so I could let her know when they were available for purchase.
Less than a week later, the Bouquet albums arrived and the first thing I did was text the lady in question, letting her know that they were available for purchase once again. She bought one immediately, adding a note to her order saying that she’d prefer the blue cover. Since it was for her daughter’s wedding after all, a bride needs something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue!
I packed the album carefully to ensure it was transported safely and sent it out the following morning by courier. Two days later, the lady rang me on the phone to tell me her order arrived very quickly, in perfect condition and used recyclable packaging. After everything, this lady said she’d highly recommend ordering from us again in the future and that she was pleased with the service she’d received overall.
